Perfect Morning Routine

w/ Faith Barbara

Unapologetically Pure

Welcome to your 3-part morning routine series. This series is designed to help you start your day mindfully and with intention. When you take the time to step onto your mat, you're choosing to honor yourself, cultivating feelings of loving connection with yourself and the world around you. Dedicate the first few moments of your day to commit to that relationship with yourself.

EPISODES

STEP ONE: QUIET THE MIND

This 10-minute guided morning meditation will help you find internal awareness as we connect to the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Gift yourself these first few moments of your day to quiet the mind & find stillness within.

It's important to remember that the goal of meditation is not to control your thoughts, but to simply observe them with loving-kindness & compassion- taking time to be still and connected to the present moment. The more you practice meditation, the easier it will be to access a deeper sense of mindfulness.

Be still & enjoy the process.
