Membership Series
Spring Yoga Series
Spring is the season of rebirth & is a time of cleansing, releasing, and renewal. This yoga series is designed to awaken you from within - using this beautiful spring equinox energy to restore balance, refresh the mind, and initiate new beginnings. Use the series to rebirth yourself & become the best version of you.
This series will include:
-4 differently themed yoga classes
-Journal prompts for spring
-Daily affirmations
-Self-care assignments to nurture your mental, physical, emotional, & spiritual health
Summer Yoga Series
This 4 week program will include 8 different yoga classes (4 morning & 4 evening) that you can do daily throughout each week. The intention of this series is to inspire a consistent and daily yoga practice while giving you the tools to grow & be your best self during the summer months. This time of year is all about abundance, balance, and stepping into our self confidence. Take the first few weeks of the summer to move, breathe and connect deeper to yourself!
Yin to Yang Yoga Series
This series will focus on renewal, growth, and balance featuring:

-7 full-length vinyasa yoga classes that will combine energizing movements to awaken the body, heart opening poses for renewal, and grounding postures to establish balance.
​
-A blend of activities that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, mindfulness & creativity, helping you connect with the spring season and your own inner growth.
Each yoga class will move you towards a different peak pose, starting with a slow and grounding Yin sequence before moving through a heat-building Yang sequence.
Winter Yoga Series
Welcome to the Winter Solstice Yoga Series - Reflection: A Journey to Introspection. A series that will help you ease into a slower & more intentional life during the colder winter months.
The winter solstice is a gentle invitation to delve into our emotional well-being, slow down our lives & to explore the depths of our hearts so we can nurture our souls with compassion and understanding. The intention of this series is to slow down, let go, and allow our feelings to flow and transform, rather than remain stagnant.
This series will include 5 yoga classes - each with its own purpose of introspection & slowing down the body. Each class will also include a mantra you can take away with you in your daily life off of the mat.
This series will also include various journal prompts for introspection & self-care ideas that will help create a safe environment for quiet comfort and reflection. For this series, we will embrace the colder winter months as an opportunity to slow down and find pleasure in the simple comforts of life.
